ComCan founder Steve Bate is a survivor of two Stage 4 cancers with the help and treatment of CBD and Cannabinoid Oils

Originally from Evansville Indiana, Steve Bate graduated Indiana University in 1983 with a Child of a Disabled Veteran scholarship. After successfully organizing his campaign, Steve went to Washington DC with Congressman Frank McCloskey where he worked as a legislative assistant. His responsibilities included the Armed Services Committee, Small Business Administration and the US Postal Service.

Upon leaving Capitol Hill, Steve was a successful executive in the telecommunications and software industries, working with the American Trucking Association, Telemarketing Communications (T.M.C.), and US Telecom/Sprint. He left the industry as managing director of Compuware, at the time one of the world’s largest software companies. Steve now resides in Florida after coming here to develop a real estate brokerage firm.

A lifelong music enthusiast, Steve has had a longstanding relationship with Live Nation and the Palm Beach County Coral Sky Amphitheater, as well as the Okeechobee Music Festival, Wanee Music Festival, Ultra, and other festival organizers. In addition, Steve has worked with the Wellington Equestrian Festival and volunteers with the Palm Beach County Board of Elections.

In 2017 Steve was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive Stage IV Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. The usual chemotherapeutic regimens for this are very toxic, and most people cannot tolerate the side effects. After some research, Steve went to the Simon Cancer Center in Indianapolis where he was given multiple rounds of chemotherapy. Utilizing multiple cannabinoid oils, he tolerated the chemotherapy with minimum side effects, and he never had problems with nausea, vomiting or weight loss. Steve is now cancer free, and he strongly believes that he would not have survived if not for cannabinoid oil therapy. This inspired him to be one of the founders of the ComCan Healthcare, LLC in Delray Beach, Florida.
